Karsh moved from Canada to Boston in the 1990s and died there in 2002 at age 93. This title is among Karsh's last publications and signed copies of books published in his older age are uncommon. Upon the publication of this book, numerous talk shows hosted discussions and forums about Sybil and multiple personality disorders and this was obviously among the first shows to do this, given the date of the presentation. The book was made into a television movie in 1976 for which actor Sally Field won an Emmy for her portrayal of Sybil. Schreiber died in 1988. First edition copies of Sybil signed by the author are scarce. Very Good; small nicks, creases & tears (a one-inch chip at the top of the upper-right corner of the front panel) d/j.

I am aware of a rather expensive signed, limited edition of this title but these are the only signed trade copies I have seen offered. Rocker Patti Smith suggested Springsteen have some pictures taken by Stefanko, then based in Haddonfield, and this wonderful book is the result. Stefanko's photographs were on the covers of Springsteen's "Darkness On The Edge of Town" and "The River." A perfect addition to any Springsteen collection!!! Near fine.

Milroy was a prominent lawyer in Toledo and a trustee of Toledo University. He was the city's mayor during 1916 and 1917.
