Partly-printed document signed with manuscript accomplishments identifying an American seaman name Thomas Hill (1807? - ?) as being an American sailor and a resident of Philadelphia. Witnessed by Samuel Halverstadt and attested to by Richard Renshaw. Renshaw autographs the document in his capacity of notary public in the Southwark District of Philadelphia.
