Portfolio with loose leaves containing a short introductory text by Michel Seuphor and 12 hors-texte original etchings, printed in black on Grand Velin de Rives paper, each with a tissue guard; housed in custom quarter morocco folding box with morocco onlay based on design by Hans Arp, overall size 12 x 13 in. (30 x 32 cm). Very slight soiling on the internal paper folder, woodcut exlibris attached to the box; original front wrapper laid-in loose; overall in excellent condition. Arp created these etchings in 1914 for a French book project but they were not printed until 1958.
