Prior notification must be given and items must be in the same condition as sent. DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS are available for any of our items on request. Customers may use checks, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment from abroad may be made with credit card, international money order or a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Overseas orders will be sent air mail insured (on orders valued less than $75, uninsured Global Priority is available on many books to many countries), unless otherwise instructed. Shipping and handling on overseas orders will be billed at cost. Surface Mail as of 5/14/07 is no longer available from the U. S. U. S. orders are mailed via U.S.P.S. Priority with insurance provided at no additional cost on oders valued at $100 and higher. Shipping is additional: $6.50 for the first book and $4.50 for each additional book.
