A very nice copy with all 173 specimens of silk, wool, flannel, fleece, dress goods, hosiery yarns, and cotton present in FINE CONDITION. FIRST EDITION. In addition, the work contains over 800 recipes for the making of colors and shades, including a chapter entitled, New Receipts and Colors. This interesting and useful book is further enhanced by the presence of an Appendix with conversion tables, a Glossary of useful terms, and a 15 page Index.
