Possibly haystacks or buffalo chips piled high a short distance from house. Mounted on photographer and publisher's card stock, with his printed poem on reverse; to the air "Old Log Cabin in the Lane." Templeman operated the Pioneer Gallery in Miller, and Templeman's Gallery, operated by I. M. Macy; photographed the Lakota. 19th century image, circa 1885.
