o Shipping charges within the continental limits of the U.S. are $12.50 for the first book and $4.50 per each additional book shipped. Over-sized and books in slipcases as well as books shipped outside the continental United States will be charged actual shipping, insurance, and handling costs. It is our preference to ship via either UPS or Priority Mail. All parcels shall be shipped insured.
