Equally intriguing are the notes, also headed "Exmouth", on the verso of the poem, apparently outlining thoughts on this or other poems Second edition (partly reset) of TALES. 8vo. Working draft of 4 stanzas, 6 lines each, entitled "Exmouth", with numerous corrections and revisions; written in ink on recto of single leaf on the verso of which are ms. notes numbered 1 through 12 (also in Crabbe's hand).
