OPIE, Amelia. The Father and Daughter, a Tale.
Georgetown: Joseph Milligan, Washington: William Cooper;: 1812. "[Opie's] first acknowledged book was dedicated to her father and claimed 'to be a simple moral tale.' The book was warmly received.
