[was] begun at the instance of James Oglethorpe, Esquire" whom the Anglican bishop had met in London in 1735. 12mo. xxxvi, 257 pp. Recent panelled calf, leather label and gilt rules on spine; some old light staining and foxing, but a very good copy handsomely rebound.
