Uncommon; OCLC locates six copies of this edition (San Diego Natural History Museum, Brown, William & Mary, Library of Virginia, U. of Virginia, Virginia Historical Society). Haynes 4008. 12mo. 36 pp. Disbound pamphlet. Very good.
